Designated and basic architectural services for the design and definition of a two story forty five hundred (4500) square foot single-family residence, with an additional five hundred (500) square foot of enclosed parking. Included in the work is an estimated two hundred (500) square feet of covered exterior entry and lanai. The Construction Documents (“permit only” standard without equipment and non-structural materials selection or detailed specifications) are for the construction of the Maczka Residence.
