This 3,000SF, custom three-story town-home is located on the cliffs of Kalapaki Bay with unobstructed, direct bay views. The varying use of materials such as architectural stucco, glass, stainless steel, and the play of light and shadow create visual interest throughout the building. Vertical elements increase this effect.

Given the outstanding location, the geometry of the home is simple to allow for several sight lines to the water and beauty of Kauai’s mountains , the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces are blended with operable glass walls, taking advantage of costal breezes and allowing for natural ventilation while maximizing indoor/outdoor usable spaces.
